Heater was unusable - completely dented in carton. Called CS to report and spoke to Jennifer - she advised that a new one would be sent in time for Memorial Weekend. It never came - called again on May 28 and system contained no notes about our conversation. Repeated the process again - advised that heater would not be delivered in time for Memorial weekend use. As of June 1 have not received new heater nor has damaged one been picked up. Calling Yardiac today to check on status of both. NOT a good shopping experience.

overall experience was good. merchandise was delivered on time and in good order. although 'some assembly required' was in store upon receipt, instructions were easy to follow and there were no parts MIA.

Shopping experience was good, however the plaque had a sticker on it and when the sticker was pulled off, the black paint from the plaque came off also starting the paint peeling. We have had to repaint the plaque which we have not been happy about. In the future, you should not put stickers on the front of the plaques. Thank you. Barb Able

Ordered a Pagoda outdoor fireplace on April 30, 2004. After two weeks, and being told it was shipped. I finally, (after several phone calls and unanswered emails), found out it was not shipped. In fact, they didn't even have the mechandise. Apparently the merchandise came in defective. No one called me to let me know. It took my phone call to find this out and was able to order in a different color. Still waiting.

Yardiac had a product that I could not even find at my local Home Depot. The price was excellent and shipping was quick. It is far easier to shop and get exactly what you want on-line than driving all over town or calling endless hardware stores. Yardiac saves time and money as long as you don't need something right now.
