X10 is a really great company, I had a wall switch that went bad after a couple of months of use and I called them and they replaced it for me right away without any hassle at all, I really appreciated that kind of service.

Good price, huge selection, wait for a sale or get the emails for the best deal, call if you order and it goes on sale you can get the difference in the price or the items that you didnt get. express shipping costs money but I am cheap and have lots of time to wait the 3 days it took to get to me.

I dont know how you could be unhappy with these guys, I had a problem with my order and it was handle with the tyoe of care I would expect from a dept store and not an online merchant.

I just love the way that X10 is moving with the times, by incorporating such things as DVD players, MP3 Players, Metal Detectors, ect… It shows that they are listening to there customers demands

The software that is provided by X10 to be incorporated with there home automation, security, and surveillance systems at least in my opinion is high grade and I would recommend that any and everyone should try this out at least once

X10 equipment is the greatest! I’ve been a customer for over 14 years and the quality of the products and the service that is provided is extraordinary. If more companies modeled themselves after a company like X10 we would all be better off.

X10 used a program of deception and lies in order to obtain the ratings they had. Epinions caught on rather quick and X10 to my knowledge no longer has employees posting reviews using alias' and dial up accounts.

delivery speed, order accuracy, customer service where all good. The problem is the products. Frankly, the X10 "Entertainment Anywhere" product sucks. The quality of the transmission was AM radio at best. Whenever I got up and walked out of the room if turned to static. Now it was sending the signal through 4 walls but it's 20ft at best.

I bought a home security system from X10. Customer service was very responsive prior to my purchase. But now do not respond at all not that I've purchased a system and it doesn't work. Product quality is very poor, but this would be tolerable if they worked. My sensors are continually losing registration with the base receiver. I spent 3 months fiddling with this thing almost daily in order to be able to activate. Most often I couldn't activate it at all. I've given up on it and on X10. It's too bad though, the product features are exceptional (if they worked) and price is very reasonable. No surprise they are in ch 11!

I was just trying to buy a X10 camera, video receiver, and USB video adapter but had to go through a bunch of web pages and was still confused about what I really needed. Finally I got the order together and received it here a few days ago.

X10 (www.x10.com) is best known for those super annoying underneath the browser pop-up windows that have sexy women in bikinis and advertise tiny little wireless cameras. I suppose they needed a larger peeping tom customer base.
