At first i tried to find a wireless security system with everything I needed. It was a little difficult at first then I saw the hot deals and daily specials. After I went to that area, everything that I was looking for was there in one neat package. It wasn't an easy site because you had so much equipment but you could find a detailed description of everything. I am waiting to receive my order. I used the express mail. Hope it arrives on time.

a friend told me about a deal that offered a basic starter pack, plus lots of the software upgrades to create macros and view over internet, a range extender and some wall switches for $50 which seemed great. I searched on the x10 website for quite a while but couldn't find this offer, and creating it in the same way was coming out at $150. my friend forwarded the email they had received and this worked great - but phew what a dragged out process. order numbers 3176323 by the way.

lots of options available and the product will be great for christmas lights, just hope using the product will be easier than ordering it.

We did some comparison shopping and found that we could purchase an entire camera system from X10 for approximately the same cost of ONE camera from their competitor. We are amazed at how well the system works and we installed it ourselves! We will definitely be purchasing more products from X10 and adding to our home security system.

It's fun to shop there... the site is excellent... I love checking X10.com site and always find things that explain and make me chose another product to try it out in my house. The delivery is always on time as I receive the orders from Toronto, the time is 2-3 days after the on-line purchase.... Xa, Xa, now I have to install all those gadgets to make them work for me.. Will be back soon again.. some more shopping.... The prices are great, the products work as they are supposed.. i.e.-- I like X10.COM

Product is more than expected customer service inquires fast and informative and never a single issue with shipping. On of the best retailers I have ever dealt with. Go x10! Floodlight broke on installation and merchant required me to pay shipping which I did not want to do. If they ship a defective product they should pay shipping both ways. I obtained a replacement part cheaper than shipping would be. The vendor did not suffer any negative consequences by their shipping a cheaply produced product. I believe I should be reimbursed in some manner. I enjoy X-10 products. They normally operate well. The software has been giving me continuous problems I am trying to work through. Steve

I'm so disappointed that none of my x10 stuff works. Is there a secret I missed. What's the trick. Can anybody help. Since 2003 I have ordered hundreds of dollars of equipment without having any success in viewing over the Internet or simply on my PC. This is so sad. WrightAtHome. Where did I go wrong. Checked adaptors, power supply, etc. I don't have an IP address for x10 so how do I reach the server???? How do I view by way of the Internet??? Your telephone lines are always busy.

X-10 always (and I mean ALWAYS) has exactly what I need and they always ship when they promise. On this particular order there was an unexpected demand for one of the items I wanted (on closeout, because of the price) and instead of sending me a partial shipment or cancelling that part of my order X-10 upgraded my order to include the newer, more expensive replacement item AT NO ADDITONAL COST. I don't think I can remember a merchant doing that, especially in recent memory. That impresses me, and I will shop X-10 again -- AND refer my colleagues. They do it right.

My order at X-10 Online was processed quickly, shipped the next day and delivered in the time predicted.The customer service was great in that my spam blocker prevented me from getting order confirmation but with one call the representative E-mailed me it from her account. Although the web site is overfilled with useless, bandwitdh-consuming animations, it is easy to locate a product and make the transaction. Products are quickly shipped; purchase confirmation and processing progress e-mail messages are promptly sent. I'd appreciate fewer "sexist" display ads for their products. They don't enhance the products, improve the information content or X-10's corporate image.

The product is good, but the web site is very irritating. It seems that there are always so many sales, you begin to question the "prices". It sort of reminds me of a schlock store ! I got a "coupon" for "X-10 Bucks" (10% of the order) but there was no way to order something else, and redeem the coupon.

Site is not well organized for finding the exact product or package deals. Must browse through high graphic intensive advertisements in order to locate the items you want. Also, product descriptions are very limited online; have found out many of the items I purchase were not described or represented online accurately.
