It takes a long time to search their web site for the best deals, but the savings are worth it.

My order was processed quickly and shipped the next day.  It was shipped from New Jersey and got to MA in one day.

The only problem I had was with the $15 credit I was supposed to get for signing up for their newsletter.  They said it was emailed to me, but I never got it.  I was told that they could give me the credit if I ordered by phone, but not on an email order.  I placed the order but ended up being charged the full amount.  I called back and was told they would put through the credit on my credit card.  I assume they will.

Some of the discounted items on the web site can not be further discounted by coupons or gift credits.  To find out if an item qualifies, you have to put it into the online shopping cart and then look at the item number.  The item number is either red or black.  Red means no further discounts, black is ok to use coupon or gift credit.

All of the products were exactly what I ordered and all seem to work properly.

The software was not shipped.  I received an email with download instructions and access codes.
