Horrible!!! They sent hook racks that were supposed to be identical -- they were stained very different colors and they expected me to pay the return shipping. I sent them a picture at their request and they been incredibly unyielding and unhelpful on the phone and by email. The overal shopping experience was great. I was a bit disappointed in the coloring of the item. More detailed pictures could be available. I found the Goddess plate and realized it was perfect for an immediate birthday. I checked with Amazon and the price was the same. Then I found a coupon somewhere else on line. I decided to go with the Wrapables website and save a little bit. I would have liked it gift wrapped, but after a phone call was assured the price was not in the package. I did enclose a note.
