Yes the merchant is excellent in all respects. It was the DHL driver that couldn't find the address and delayed the order by 1 day. They said the address was an unconfirmed address when indeed it was. I had to call DHL and they delivered it the next day later. 1 day later, no biggy really.

I just bought a Tissot dive watch from World Lux. The whole experience was a snap. They were polite, knowledgeable and fast. I called them on a Thursday afternoon and received the watch by early the following Tuesday afternoon. (A local dealer told me it would take him a couple of weeks to get the model I wanted.) They also sold the watch at a 20 percent discount, which I wasn't expecting since they only show the list price on their Web site. Plus, shipping was free. Also, no sales tax, since they're in Seattle and I'm in California. Their watches are genuine articles -- with warranties, in the original boxes, and with serial numbers on the back. If already you know what you want and you're looking for a good price, World Lux seems to be the ticket.

I would only buy merchandise that I have seen and have knowledge about- the price was reasonable (ten dollars less than a local store), but I was not impressed with the return policy. Other merchants I normally shop on-line include postage paid return envelopes and labels-this merchant does not.

No complaints. They shipped the item the next day, and it arrived faster than I expected. It was one of the better online shopping experiences I've had. Too bad I didn't know that BEFORE ordering, because I had never heard of them. So I took a risk by buying from them - you might want to think about ways to increase their initial credibility. I almost didn't buy because I had no idea how reliable they were. But they're wonderful.

I felt I was misled by the "overnight" charge. I ordered on a Thursday afternoon with FedEX overnight...the product shipped on Friday, but I didn't get it until Monday. I expected it Saturday. There was no indication (or if there was it was hard to find) that "overnight" shipments that ship out on Friday will not be delivered on Saturday unless you pay an extra $10 Saturday delivery charge. So I ended up paying $25 or so for a service I didn't get. I'm still a little angry over that.
