Supplements to Go/World Class Nutrition ripped me off. I ordered a closeout ephedra product of different brand name but with the nearly identical ingredients of two other products I am very familiar with. The stuff Supplements to Go/World Class Nutrition sent did not look, smell or taste like it had any ephedra in it and, most importantly, it did not have any ephedra effect. I know this because I have been making tea of this product for almost 10 years. Further examination revealed that the capsules were 20% lighter in ingredient than indicated by the label and a call to the manufacturer (owner) confirmed that the capsules were 1 size smaller (#1 instead of 0) than the manufacturer uses. The capsules appeared to be filled with flour and spiked with a little caffeine. Two phone calls and two emails to Supplements to Go/World Class Nutrition netted me “All ephedra sales are final” and finally, “If you are unhappy have your bank/credit card company stop payment.” At this point I realized that the management of Supplements to Go/World Class Nutrition didn’t want to hear that they were selling counterfeit product because they already new. I also learned that it matters not what Supplements to Go/World Class Nutrition advertises or what they deliver, what matters it is the fact that I voluntarily gave them my card number. Apparently, Supplements to Go/World Class Nutrition’s brand of fraud and theft is legal and the only thing you or I can do about it is go somewhere else. Regards, Burned in WA
