I needed to change my order to two day delivery after I ordered. There was a mix up in shipping and my order was lost in the computer system. If I hadn't called to check on it, I'm not sure when I would've recieved the order. Their customer service department was excellent. I talked to three different people in three days. Everyone I talked to was very good at their job.

well i ordered a pair of boots i order the right size but the wrong width. when i call the return department i left a message asking for some one to call me back,needless to say they never did. I tried calling a few times with always the same result the voicemail for the woman in charge of exchanges/returns.yes,i would buy merchandise again from them if i know the ecxact size,but if i'm ever in doubt i will go some where else where their customer service is desireable. thank you

I needed to return the items because they both were too big, I paid $56, but only got a refund of $23, I sent an inquire to find out why, because the items were never worn, they were too big, all tags still in tact - I still have not got a reply as to why I didnt get the full credit back for the two items I had returned. That was and is disapointing

You needed a selection for arriving way ahead of expectations. These boots were ordered on a Sunday evening and were delivered less than 2 days later on Tuesday morning. This was the "regular" free shipping option. I am more than happy with this company and the service I recieved.

It was mostly good. I enjoyed your website, very easy and a lot of products and brands to choose from. There was only one minor issue. I expected to receive a tracking number. I left a voice mail and email over the weekend. I was just getting a bit worried since I had expected to receive a tracking number when it shipped. I ordered on 02/26/07, I received two emails, one confirming on 02/26/07 and one with the following message "In our constant quest to give you the best possible service, your order has been placed with the manufacturer, with specific instructions to ship the item(s) directly to you as soon as possible. Based on the latest information from the manufacturer, you should receive your order shortly. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again soon! The Working Person's Store www.WorkingPerson.com" on 02/27/07". This last email had a link where I could track, however; there was no tracking number available. It was the weekend before I tried to contact the company. On Monday, 03/05/07 I received the boots and later that night discovered the email with the tracking number which had also been sent on 03/05/07 stating "Vicky Jones, your order is in transit with UPS and is due for delivery today. Your UPS tracking # is 1Z2144820355966531. Thank you for your order and have a great day! Amanda, The Working Person's Store". Is this normal or should I have received the tracking number earlier?
Anyway, I was very impressed with the wide selection of women's boots you carry. I love the look of my new boots, and so did my friends. I am still getting used to them and breaking them in. Also, I belong to an all woman's motorcycle club. We have a website and I am going to add a link to your website. Let us know if you ever give discounts.

I ordered several shirts and hats from this store several weeks ago. The hats were sent and I'm still waiting on the shirts. I havent been able to reach anyone by phone and an e-mail I sent has not been replied to.
I am happy with the merchandise that I did recieve, I would just like to be able to cancel the rest of my order if they cant get it to me in a timely manner.

Great response to order; was not in stock and they forwarded order directly to manufacturer who shipped directly to me. However, I ordered the wrong size. Now I'm stuck. No replies to inquiries by phone or email, and of course the online chat is never available. Trying to find out what refund/exchange policy is when using paypal but of course nothing is mentioned on their website regarding paypal refunds/exchanges.

I placed an order on Feburary 06, 2007. I shop online regularly. I thought it was strange that they never debited my account. That was one red flag that there was a problem. On February 15, 2007 I sent an email asking where my order was. The next day I got a response from Brittany Locsi saying that my order was not in stock and had to be ordered from somewhere else. I tried to call on the 14th when I got this email and your office was closed for the day. I sent a response to Brittany asking to cancel my order. Today is the 20th and I still have not heard anything else from Brittany. I do not know if my order was canceled or not. Before I first placed my order I should have been notified that the items were not in stock. I should have been given the option to cancel the order at that time. This entire process has made me very uncomfortable. I still need to know if that order was canceled because I do not want my account debited for something that I do not want to recieve.

1st oreder was a great experiance, however the 2nd was not good. orderd on the 5th and recieved confirmation. Replied to "Order" dept. from confirmation mail on 7th for assistance. On ther homepage, used Help to get to Cust. Service e-mail on the 9th. Ended up calling them on th 10th to find out the order was "found" and will ship on the 12th.

I haven't received my order yet, no word from them either...don't know if it has been sent....received e-mail just after ordering, but have heard nothing since. Free shipping, so you cannot track the item. I am hoping the order will come soon...if they don't have the item they should let the customer know. I will purchase from them again if this order comes through ok. Perhaps it is still too soon from the date of purchase, but I did not get a message that the order ever was sent out.

Funny that 3 people have had very bad experiences. I had an International order (New Zealand) of a pair of steel caps, & they took less than a week to get here from when I paid. And before I ordered them, I changed my mind 2 or 3 times, and they were very helpful with that too. I bought a couple of hoodys from there a while ago too. No problems then either. They are a lot cheaper than other stores too.

ordered 2 pairs of Georgia Giant boots,waited a month,no boots emailed them. they said order was placed with manufacturer and was "kicked out" because 1 of the boots was not available in size i ordered. told them to just send other pair, was assured they would arrive in 5 days, waited a month and still no boots!! called them, got refunded for the canceled boots, was told other boots "just came in 2 days ago and you will get them in 4" waited a week, no boots, canceled order still waiting for my money placed order in first week of October 2005 just sent 1 last email to all their departments on jan. 17, 2006 all they had to do was send an email saying that what i wanted was backordered!! finally got a response,said they would refund on 1/22,never got it said they would refund on 2/4, still no refund(2/26) credit card company says its to late to do anything because order was past 60 days so congratulations Working Person's Store, you got 70 bucks for nothing |

I placed an order and paid extra for 2nd day air delivery. After 3 days, the order had still not been processed or shipped. I attempted in vain to contact the company by both email and phone to check the status of my order, but it seems as though no one works there. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere, this was a complete waste of my time. I would gladly pay a few dollars more and actually receive the item I ordered. Completely discontented, will never use again.

The Working Person's Store's service was prompt and concise. I was very pleased with the product I purchased from Epinions so I decided to view the Working Person's Store website and it was one of the most impressive websites for the type of business they are running. I found that I have been spending more money on the same products when I bought from other websites. Overall, I was thoroughly pleased.
