My child's public school music teacher recommended this company. I found the website easy to use and I particularly found the customer reviews helpful in my purchase. My child seems happy with the clarinet. Our rental clarinet kept breaking.

I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for or how to go about looking for the stuff. However, WWBW had great customer service as well as tons of info on the net about their products. I would recommend this for anyone!

This is my first order with WWBW. I placed my order on 11/16/04 and was informed that one of the items I ordered (the mouthpiece covers) were on backorder and that the notebook would be instock 11/19. The other item, the music stand was listed as in stock. Since I have not heard anything since then, I went back to the website to check on my order (12/06). The mouthpiece covers and notebook are still on order and the music stand had not yet shipped. I changed my option to ship the music stand as it is a Christmas gift and now I'm worried it won't arrive in time. I don't know why the music stand wasn't shipped to begin with and then the other on order items shipped separately. It's been 3 weeks since my initial order, I would have thought the in stock item would be shipped out immediately.

The experience was an easy one. The product was easy to find. They showed other related items that could be helpful. They delivered when they said they would although they showed it was in the warehouse when it was actually on it's way to my home. It was purchased for a Christmas present so it hasn't been opened yet, but the box looks fine.

Excellent - EXCEPT -- the Yamaha product I ordered could not be shiped to my address in AUSTRALIA - but my M/C was debited with the order before you informed me by email that you could not ship it out of the USA. My M/C was immediately refunded BUT I lost about $40 on the transaction (due to the varying A$ value AND a $27 conversion fee from M/C). I have purchase items before and also received prompt responses and excellent service.

Most excellent to deal with. A wide variety of brands and accessories in stock. Only once was my order back ordered but that arrived shortly there after. Not a problem. I'm a very satisfied customer.

website is very good; telephone assistance is usually very knowledgeable; the only upgrade that I can recommend is around price. I have made several purchases at Chuck Levin's due to their lower price. I would be content to make all of my purchases at BW if they always had the best price. I buy/sell several horns each year for personal use.

I erroneously place duplicate order for the AKG microphones nd was immediatley notified the customer service department to cancel one of the order (just within 3 mintues). I felt disappointed that their reply was that they have processed my orders and requested me to send them back as return. So I accept the both orders in order to save my time and money. James

Keep on claiming product is ordered, the stocking person should be fired, stock should be ordered ahead of time so that I don't have to wait a ridiculous amount of time.

out of stock items were finally received in stock, but nearly none of the items have been shipped. I suspect the not shipped items may have been overlooked by the store. I wonder if I will ever receive these "in stock" items that are being "processed"! Of three orders, only one was completed. These in stock items are, in some cases, 3 weeks in stock, but still not shipped.

The description of the product on the website was misleading. I thought I was getting 10 saxophone reeds in plastic cases. Instead I got 5 reeds with plastic coating.

One of the 2 items was on back order. The other arrived 2 days later than I was prommised. The bell kit arrived defective. A replacement was sent but it too was defective. I was given a partial credit on the purchase however I am still disapointed by the experience.

Woodwind and brasswind is a great company. Their website is easy to use and easy to understand compared to other sites that i have been on.
