I ordered some scrapbooking supplies from this company because of the incredible prices, well I should have known that with the cheap prices their would be cheap customer service. I had no idea. Like the other reviewer said customer service is non existant. They are all very unhelpful and uncaring. Overall they SUCK!!! I guess they have a script that they stick to in order to make you think that they are on top of things and will get back to you as soon as possible via email or a personal phone call and they hurry you up off the phone or live chat. I will never order from wolfcamera.com again. Order at your own risk. Oh and by the way I still haven't received my order yet. Will have to let you know how it arrived if I ever do receive it.

This order was combined with a $100 rebate for an HP printer. Wolf did not supply rebate forms. Many, many emails about this went unanswered. Phone calls resulted in false promises. I was supposed to get a free album; this never materialized. On my own, I was able to find two rebate forms of $50 each. Last week I got a $50 check from HP; Ritz Camera has approved a $50 rebate and will soon mail. Wolf ships the merchandise very quickly and in good condition. Their customer service is non-existent. That is and was my experience. I'll never order from them again.

I ordered this product using my debit card and they charged me twice for it, once when I ordered and once when it shipped. When I called to ask why this happened they said it was standard procedure, and had an attitude that I should know this. No where on there website does this mention this. And then the customer service person said that it would "Just go away" in a few days. In the meantime, my account was debited that amount. I'm glad I did not buy a thousand dollar camera from them or I would have bounced checks until the second amount "just went away." I am sorry they handled it this way, because I really like this company, but I doubt that I will ever buy anything from them ever again.

The web site offered a printer with the purchase of a camera, and indicated an instant $ 50 rebate and a $ 50 mail-in rebate. I tried to order on-line, but the "instant rebate" would not enter. I called the toll-free number, and spoke with someone who was not fluent in english. He mishandled the order in several ways: 1. I ordered a black camera, but he sent a red camera. 2. I ordered a $ 15 memory card, but he sent a $20 memory card. 3. MOST IMPORTANT, he lied about the instant rebate and the amount my credit would be charged. He indicated that he had applied the "instant rebate" and that my card would be billed $ 250 when, in fact, he billed my card $ 300. This misrepresentation was fraudulent.

Camera specifications were poor. This camera is battery operated and drains the batteries much too quickly. I wanted to send it back and buy a Cannon Elpf but was one day over the "return deadline" so Wolf would not take it back. I intend to tell everyone at my firm about this very poor customer service. Also, the Olympus Master you must use to transfer pictures from camera to PC is cumbersome and is not compatible with my PC. I will sell this camera on my own and buy a Canon from another dealer.

I shopped with this merchant due to name recognition and reputation in order to avoid the usual internet purchasing hassles. Unfortunately I encountered exactly the same hassles at Wolf Camera. I received disinformation from three distinct individuals with regard to when the item would ship and, in the end, because their info was incorrect, I had to pay extra shipping at the last minute to insure the item arrived on time. Despite an email to their customer service contact detailing these issues, the merchant never responded. I am very disappointed and will be sure to pass this along to anyone I encounter who is interested in buying camera or related products. They certainly did not live up to their reputation.

I purchased a camera kit from Wolf's website after seeing it in newspaper ad. When purchasing it online a label "in stock" was next to image. After completing the order, including payment, received email stating that part of the order was in stock, but camera kit was on back order and would be shipped when received from manufacturer. Waited approximately two weeks then tried an online chat with a "customer service" representative, which from the syntax of the conversation, was located in a foreign country. She was unable, or unwilling, to give a firm shipping date of the merchandise, or to make a substitution that could be shipped immediately. I discontinued the conversation thread in exasperation. One week later after receiving an email telling me that Wolf had not forgotten my order. I sent an email to "customer service" asking once again about a shipping date for the merchandise. Today, 5-6 weeks later, I still have yet to receive a reply from "customer service" to my email. In the meantime, I did receive the merchandise five weeks after it was ordered. I have purchased camera equipment, both personally and professionally for years from other suppliers both online and by catalog. This was by far the worst experience in 30 years of purchasing equipment Either they did not forecast the demand, or waited until it was created and then placed the order with the manufacturer. Either way the customer lost as per usual in today's business environment.

Wolf camera sent me a broken tripod and has not responded to 4 emails I have sent them in the last FOUR weeks. They still have not responded. I tried contacting my local wolf camera and they told me they would not take anything back and that I was stuck dealing with wolfcamera online. Lousy customer service! Wolf Camera obviously does not give a hoot about their customers! WORST internet company EVER!!!!

I received the camera and the "free" printer in good time and they are working great. However, my repeated attempts at contacting Customer Service to find out how to get my rebate have gone unanswered. I am still trying to find out what I have to do to receive the advertised $50 rebate for purchasing the camera and the Canon PIXMA iP6310D printer together. I think I would be very reluctant to take advantage of advertised specials from your website in the future.

The $600 network switch that WolfCamera.com sold me did not work at all. They have refused to exchange the item, and their customer service representatives have been extremely rude and unprofessional, even threatening to hang up on me when I told them they had a legal obligation to sell a functioning product. I cannot state this strongly enough: DO NOT order from WolfCamera.com or its parent company, Ritz Camera. I live in Atlanta, and for years have shopped at Wolf Camera, the local company Chuck Wolf founded here. But since being taken over by Ritz Camera, things have obviously deteriorated quite a bit. My main regret is that I did not look at the other Shopping.com reviews before throwing my money away. Clearly I am not alone in having been taken advantage of by this unscrupulous company. Also, check out the Better Business Bureau listing on them. Shameful.

Ritz Camera does not honor their promotions. They were supposed to send a $50 gift card as part of a promotion when I purchased my camera. I contacted them several times each time they said it will be emailed to me in 24 hours, no gift card has arrived. I will not do business with them again. They are not a trustworthy company.
