I ordera Canon EOS Rebel XS package that comes with 2 lens. That was on Sunday. Shorlty after that, i received e-mail confirmation of the purchase. I have been shopping for this camera for the last couple of months and after I found the deal that was too good to be true, (which it was), I had to make the purchase. I was excited. Later that afternoon, I received an e-mail that it had been shipped which included the tracking number. I paid extra for 2 day shipping, so i was excited that I would be getting the camera on Tuesday. On Monday night I checked my e-mail and found out that the camera had been returned to Wolf. i was puzzled, so i called only to find out that there was a typo in the price that was advertised so they could not sell me the camera for the "ADVERTISED PRICE". Well, needless to say i was very disappointed. After talking to a person (after being cut off once) who spoke very poor English who told me there was nothing he could do, i asked to speak to a supervisor who was just as poor at customer service as the other cs person. anyway, they offered me a $20 dollar gift certificate that i declined to accept since I am positive I will never buy from Wolf, Ritz, or any other company that advertises on their website. So, if you order from Wolf, be prepared to possibly have your purchase returned.
