Purchased Dyson DC15 Ball All Floors. When shopping, I was looking for best price, no tax and free shipping. Witbeck was the leader in all three. I ordered this vacuum on 2-14 and immediately received a confirmation email. By the end of the same day, I had a DHL tracking number and another email from Witbeck confirming shipping. I received the vacuum in Texas from Florida on 2-17 and it was perfect. I absolutely love the vacuum and the service I received from Witbeck. They really made online buying a pleasure. Ordered product online because they offered monthly payments. Very easy ordering. Immediate confirmation was a little troubling. No real confirmation for a few hours. Had to send email to follow up on actual delivery date. Needed something saying, "thank you for your order. It will ship within the next 1-2 days". Email response from company was fantastic. Asked for shipping information and they provided ship date and tracking number for me to follow up on. I followed up online with the shipper and received the package on time. Great service from a company that I would have never bought from if it weren't for the internet. Thank you.
