I highly recommend witbeckvacuums.com. After placing my order online for a vacuum with free overnight shipping, I received a very apologetic voicemail and email from Matt Witbeck indicating the order would delayed by 1-2 days due to a pending shipment Witbeck was expecting from the manufacturer. He indicated in the email that I could cancel my order (my credit card had not yet been charged) or accept the short delay and he'd include 4 boxes of bags (a $60 value) for free. I appreciated his timely communication, and I accepted his generous offer. A few hours later, I inquired about an additional accessory I was interested in. He included this additional accessory in my order for free! These are examples of exceptional customer service.

I also felt the website design and content was top notch. I visited many competitors' websites in my search/research of vacuums prior to making my decision. The witbeckvacuums.com site was clearly superior. One of the most important (and very helpful) features of the site is the original content--a buying guide, comprehensive information on vacuums and features, and very useful comparison charts. The various models with different features and specifications were hard to understand and compare until I visited witbeckvacuums.com.

Finally, while competitors' pricing on the vacuum itself were pretty much all the same, Witbecks offers 5 years of warranty coverage with a 10 year motor warranty at no additional cost. Based on price/value alone, combined with the free overnight shipping, Witbecks was my clear choice.

I will definitely be spreading the word about Witbeck Vacuums.
