I spent $17,000 at Witbeck appliance. Bought all my appliances there. They ordered me the wrong DCS 48" dual fuel stove. I got natural gas instead of LP. It took 5 months to get the part to convert it over to LP. Witbeck acted like it was my fault and could care less I got the wrong stove. They kept blaming it on DCS for not having the conversion part needed. I finally received the part to convert my stove and it cost ME $275.00 to have the new part installed. Witbeck appliance said they would reimburse me the $275.00 since I didn't ordered the wrong stove. Today is August 17, 2005 and I am still waiting for my $275.00. I have been waiting 3 1/2 months for it. They have lied to me on numerous occasions telling me it has to be approved, then they said it was mailed and returned to them, then I was told it was in the mail again. I then talked to someone else at Witbeck appliance who informed it was still sitting on the owners desk waiting to be approved. I would never buy from this company again and I would recommend that nobody else does either. They care nothing about the customer at all. Even when it's there fault. They must need the money pretty bad if they can't afford to give me back my $275.00.
