I had only one problem with Wine.com. The page that allowed me to track my order provided a tracking number and a link to UPS.com. Unfortunately, my package was sent through FedEx, not UPS. I had to call UPS to discover that my tracking number was not a valid UPS tracking number. And when I called customer service to figure out why I had an invalid tracking number, the representative told me that the number was a FedEx number. When I told him that my order tracking page on wine.com directed me to UPS, he was unapologetic and did not seem to understand the problem. The bottom line is: I don't care whether you send it UPS or FedEx, but if you provide a link to the shipper's website to allow me to track the package, make sure you've linked to the proper shipper. I should not have had to make 2 phone calls to figure out what was happening with my package.

This was a nice alternative for gift giving, the person whom received it was delighted. I was able to find my favorite and learned of other new wines from their top selling list. Prices were fair and the option of spend fifty dollars & they would ship for free was the most valuable offer that made it possible. All are happy and will use again and again.

The prices are OK compared to local wine shops. Enjoy the variety, although Michigan is somewhat limited in choices compared to full site choices. Only order wine during free shipping, otherwise can get better value through local wine shops.

I've used wine.com several times, and every time the order arrived propmptly and correctly, and the recipient was delighted. Finding what I want is straightforward, their prices are within reason (although I'd always prefer a more discounted approach, of course!), and they deliver on their commitments. Nicely done. I plan to continue using them.

The experience in general was very good. We did have a bit of difficulty receiving info back via e-mail. Did not receive confirmation of our order in a timely manner, we had to call. Also, we were told that we would receive an e-mail when the order was shipping, that never happened.

Good. I was able to find a product at a price I thought was fair. The tracking was not so good but I did confirmation to my e-mail about where the package was. I would us this for my holiday and other gift giving in the future. *Not above question about rebates should have a "Does not apply or No" choice. I did not have a rebate of any kind. Or if I had I did not notice it and did not use it.

I didn't have any problems with my first order. For my second order I tried to use a 10% discount code but the website said it had already been used. I called customer service and they gave me a different code to try. Very easy and painless. I would shop here again!

I DID PURCHASE SOME WINE, BUT I HAD TO SETTLE FOR SOMETHING I WASN'T LOOKING FOR. IT WAS OKAY, BUT I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED THE STONE WOLF PINOT THAT I ORIGINALLY WANTED. I ordered two different items, 6 bottles each. Of the 6 bottles of one of the two, 5 were from a more recent vintage than the one I had marked in my order. And I had not authorized vintage substitution. Customer service apologized and arranged for return at the cost of wile.com. I am expecting a refund note shortly, but have not yet received it. Good overall, except that online coupons and discount offers never seem to work on their website and don't apply to anything "discounted" on the site, which is nearly everything. That makes it pretty pointless to try to use a promotional offer, which is probably their intent.
