Excellent web site and service. Purchased a gift for someone in another state. Wish I could buy from them again, but state law does not permit shipment of wine to TN.

Good, I have ordered several times from Wine.com and I like the ability to read the wine repprts and then order. the requirements to be 21 to accept the order make it a good delivery system.

There was no way to contact the merchant on their website, also, the merchant charged my credit card three times for the purchase....the additional charges were removed within several days. If you check their FAQ, this apparently happens all the time (I read this as "every time") and that it will be corrected after several days. This is idiotic. Amazon doesn't charge my card 3 times. No other site I've ever used charges me 3 times then "gives it back later."

They have a great website and a good choice of wines. They are out of stock on a lot of their wines, especially foreign wine. I think their web tracking of orders is very poor compared to other websites.

Experience was good. Shipper was unhappy I paid for evening delivery and asked how he could avoid it in the future. I think the shipper wanted to go home, but I paid a penalty (upcharge) for this service and do not like the shipper's attitude.

I have ordered several times at wine.com. I receive my order within the time promised. Sometimes they substitute a different wine but I haven't gotten anything that wasn't ok. I find the website easy to navigate and appreciate the ratings and descriptions.
