I ordered 4 baskets from this merchant for Christmas gifts. I was promised all 4 would be delivered by Christmas. 3 of the 4 did make it, but the 4th did not. When checking the tracking info a couple days after ordering, it stated that one basket was scheduled for delivery on Dec. 31st. I called the company and was told to ignore that because they had promised delivery for Christmas and if it wasn't they would certainly make up for it by issuing a full refund or sending another basket. I knew that it wouldn't be arriving before Christmas because FedEx tracking is pretty accurate. I called my sister a few days after Christmas and sure enough it had not arrived. I phoned customer service and this time was told that it had been held due to weather conditions (coming from PA going to CA) and it was being shipped out Overnight Delivery on the 30th to arrive on the 31st. It did arrive on the 31st; just in time for New Year's, unfortunately my greetings on the gift card said "Merry Christmas". I asked if there was to be any compensation because of the untimely delivery and was offered a 5% refund. That was the best he said that he could do. I did get a merchant refund notice from my credit card company and upon opening it, saw that they had refunded just under 20% instead of the 5% offered.
