We've been ordering from Wine Country Gift Baskets for several years.  They have an excellent selection of different types of gift baskets for reasonable prices and we've been very happy with the quality.  We always get a good value for our money here and rave reviews from our recipients. They even note in the product descriptions if the basket is Kosher, which can be very helpful when selecting gifts.  But we've had some problems with their Customer Service.  It's great that they offer delayed shipping if you'd like to order early and have your gift arrive at a particular time, but we've yet to have them actually delay it as promised! Several times they've ignored the date we had requested and simply shipped when they received the order. When we once complained to Customer Service that they had shipped nearly two weeks early, they simply sent another identical basket without checking with us first to see if that is what we'd prefer. Our recipient was on vacation both times with no one there to bring in shipment, so we had to drive 50 miles one-way to rescue it from the porch ourselves.  We no sooner had retrieved the first one when they sent us a notice that they had shipped another!  Our recipient also had no need for two identical baskets, so some sort of discount would have been much preferred.  But if you want your order shipped immediately, I highly recommend this merchant.
