I bought the Hot Off the Grill basket to bring with me to a weekend bar-b-que I was having at a neighbor's home. I was very impressed and shocked, in this day and age, with how easy it was to get ahold of the order line, it was picked up almost with no lapse in time. I also emailed them to ask how the order was doing since I needed it to arrive before the bar-b-que and my email was returned to me within one hour and their return email listed all the order details with where the basket currently was located on its journey to my home. They assured me it would arrive on time which it did. I called back a day later to ask them about the order again, they called the delivery guys with me on the phone and I found out it was on the truck on its way out to me today, soon after I hung up the phone I had the delivery guy at my door.

A great ordering experience when I called, and great follow up by their customer service, best of all the basket was a hit at the bar-b-que, what great sauce I wish I could buy it at the market.

I will return, these guys are great. I did read the other negative reviews on this site but this was very much NOT what I experienced.
