thank you, easy as 123,arrived promptly. the visor was great.disapionted in the engineer hats. they are worth the money,but if i could have had a disciption unsead of just the picture,i may have passed. i just finished ordering another visor some balloons and some peace signs.so there!

Prices are very reasonable, but the gold stars were all bend on the corners. Too small of a box for shipping. Could you possible send new ones? I can send these back, but will not pay the postage do to so....

One of the products I ordered were the light up tops. Each spinner had an on/off switch. The switches were wrong. When you switched it to off-it would turn on, but when you switch it to on-it turns off. Also, a few of them did not work. Everything else was great and I expect a few products to not work in an order of 12, but to have all the switched reversed was quite odd.

I did not realize that I would need to exchange for sizes, and that I could not also exchange for different styles and colors. Representative was very heloful and diplomatic in explanation. I ordered two sets of light up leis one set 4 out of 12 only worked. The other 1 did not work. I contacted the company and was told to ship them back for replacement. I asked if they were going to pay for shipping and was told no they were a wholesale company and do not do that. I can not understand why a company would ship defective items and not make good on replacing them. The cost of shipping would then be more than the actual items and it is terrible. I will not be buying again from Windy City.

I order my party supplies through Windy City. You have so much to offer for children and adults. Some times I get things that dont work but that the chance you take when you order on line. Every time some one comes to my parties they ask were did you get this cool stuff from. Then I give your web site to them. I love the blinking balloons. I did not like the small paper light that you had to put into the balloons. The new look should be easier. I have not used them yet. I hope they are easy to blow up.They are a big hit at my parties. I think the products are really cheap and therefore i think i spent too much money considering what i got but its just party supplies that will most likely end up in my trash can at the end of the party so i cant complain too much about the quality.
