This merchant was the only vendor I found that carried the pith helmets (or safari hats) at a reasonable price, but did not have a wider selection of articles in the safari theme. I had to shop in several sites to obtain all of the items I was looking for. Overall, it was a good experience.

The box arrived with only one of my four items inside. The box was in perfect condition and had only been delivered to my house 45 minutes before I opened it. The customer service person was polite and offered to reship my items with a three day delivery time for Massachusetts.

Products looked good. was a little disappointed in the Chinese yo-yo. was expecting the American flag, but got blue & white design w/ small flags in between. Not what I saw online and not what I had wanted. Overall, product was of good quality and I was very happy. Much better then Oriental company stuff!! Thank you.

I order three sets of lights from this comapny and received them within 6 days i love the lights except that a few of them dont work. Had to call customer service which the lady that first answers simply leaves you talking and transfers your call to somewhere else, then i was told i had to pay for something THEY shipped that did not work. How is that MY fault? If a product is defective it should be their policy to change it since they're we payed for USEFUL products not something we can not use. I would never buy from this company again very bad refund policy they should at least warn you before u click buy.

I love Windy City! i came upon them by chance last year when planning a work party. Tonight is "Relay for Life" for the American cancer Society and our "Road Toads" team tent site will be decorated with blinking bright green balloons and glow in the dark green drinking glasses! everything re service , receiving merchandise , phone help was excellent ...what wasn't was the product...the quality was fine as they were one time party hats for a black tie affair...the hat advertisement said fit most adults...they fit almost none of the adults attending the affair...so were tried on for a moment and placed on the floor...we had to have several waiters pick them up so as not to trip the staff...for the few who wore them they were adorable and looked quite classy & fun ...however they were not represented well by stating "fit most adults" so they were a big disappointment....the VIP signs were just too 'cheezy " to use but will give them to my kids who will use them for one of their parties....the hats would have been so great if they fit...they hardly fit most women and virtually none of the men.
