I like the website and the speed of delivery but the specific items I ordered were not as good as i expected. Some of the products have paint coming off or don't have paint and look cheap. I know it is a cheap price but the quality didn't have to be cheap as well. I did like the other item for for this specific order I'm half way satisfied.

Customer Service Sucks....The lady was so rude and not allowing me to talk....When i placed an order,there was a typo in my address and it prompted to correct the address by giving a small box to type in the apartment number.But i was surprised to know later that the system has updated only the billing address and not the shipping address.I cheked the box which says billing and shipping address are same. I had to pay 14$ extra for them to correct the shipping adress. The funniest part is the item valued 26$ and i had to pay 24$ for the shipping and the address correction charges.

I was well-satisfied with my order.  Speed of delivery was great.  Accuracy was correct.  The only thing I didn't like was the price of the '90' napkins.  Wow!!  I guess that was my fault for buying them.  I don't know what I was thinking (I will be 90).  Otherwise, great experience.  I am highly recommending you.

It was easy and fun to shop on the website. The only thing was that I had to buy a bigger kit (50 people) than I needed as they didn't carry the kit I selected in the size I wanted (25 people). But I'll just save leftovers for another year.

Customer service for ordering was fast & easy. The product description for "my purposes" could be expanded to include the circumference of viewing area plus the length of handle. Arrival at my destination was quicker than expected. The only drawback was that the shipping fee was more than double the cost of the ordered item. The shipping container(11 3/4" X 8 3/4" X 8 3/4") was much larger than necessary for a bag the size of a 6 X 9 photo. This item could have been shipped with better results in a tightly packed bubble wrap envelope. The quality of the items shipped were a bit of a disappontment. Over half of the 144 magnifiers I received were abraded, scratched and had chipped edges due to being packed loosely together all in one bag. Surface abrasion and distortion created by the pieces rubbing together in transit defeated the purpose for which I had hoped to use them. Some pieces also contained manufacturing bubbles that minimized the central viewing area. Please understand that I was not expecting perfection from a mass-produced, plastic toy/party favor. For that reason, I bear the responsibility for selecting a product that was not designed for other than the manufacturer's intended use. Therefore, I'm not inclined to complain or seek replacement of the unusable portion of the shipment. In fact, the smallest portion I could order was three times the amount I needed, so I still had enough for my use. I had planned to use them (with a lanyard attached) as a small, portable, inexpensive, safe and disposable alternative to glass magnifiers to be worn around the necks of senior citizens. The magnifiers I purchased will be used for reading small print on food cans, medicine bottle labels, recipe cards, small craft patterns dimensions, etc. When frequently broken or lost by sight-challenged seniors in a group or workshop setting, they are quickly, easily and inexpensively replaced. I would recommend them for either of the purposes above, but would suggest ordering more than needed if distortion or abrasion of the central viewing area is a factor. In retrospect, I probably could have purchased this item at a local party store. But there's a lot to be said for late-night online purchasing convenience and the price differential of purchasing in bulk rather than by-the-piece.

i think you have a great inventory and great service but i am really disappointed in the amount you charge for shipping -- $11 is a lot of money to send 1 or 2 lightweight things to an address in your home base of chicago. i almost did not buy because of it. renee
