Very good experience. Products were in good condition and what I expected them to be. Package actually arrived a day before expected delivery date. On delivery, box was crushed and broken at bottom but the contents were intact.

I purchased the items on-line and paid for them. Then I received an e-mail letting me know that the shipping costs were much higher than the price given at the time of purchase. It delayed the shipment for several days. They offered a reduced shipping rate but I was still not pleased that I had already paid for the advertised rate and had to pay more to get my shipment. The shopping cart should have calculated the shipping charges accurately before accepting my credit card. The disclaimer given should not be necessary.

Yes,my lumi loon balloons arrived within 6 days. The shipping costs doubled the price to 28.00 total. A very thick catalogue that I did not request weighed the box.  I am very disappointed because the flashing picture of the balloons on the website is nothing like what you receive. The light is so tiny and dim, you can hardly tell the balloon is lit.   My inauguration tables lacked the flashing lights that the ad promised.

As I told Roger, I was trying to pass on a blessing to less fortunate people by using a gift card I won for $100, but it would not work. Roger left me a message, I got back and used my debit card, the order arrived in two days. I am so pleased with the wings. I have 59 GOD kids and I had to select 12 of my young ones to be angels for GOD's Team to give candy and prayers to the elderly in a nursing home and the homeless on the streets. I wish I a job and could afford more things - you have an excellent selection of gifts.

Super fast shipping. The only disappointing thing was the large handling fee tacked on to my cost. The shipping and handling cost more than the actual product I ordered, which was really a turn off to me, but I had no other options really. If I would have found the product somewhere else for a similar price, I probably would have gone through there, mainly cause I really disagree with the handling fee they charge on orders under $50.
