I ordered an expresso machine which the website did not indicate was out of stock. Next day I received 4 emails telling me that it was out of stock. I called customer service twice and was assured the emails were wrong and that I would receive the machine next week. When it did not arrive as expected, I emailed customer service. That was two days ago. I never received a response. Today I called and changed my choice and hopefully I will receive a machine next week. Very disappointed and frustrated.

My experience was very good. I'm was thrilled at how much information was provided on the website and throughout the process. My only complaint is that my cappuccino cups are back ordered so I have not received them yet. Luckily I have espresso cups already, so I am not put out by this problem.

You shipped the product on time. UPS had a problem. They ignored the city which I put on the order and put in only the zip code. It came up with a city about 3 miles away. It took almost a week to get my order thru them. This is not the first time I have had a problem with them.

I had to re-order the filters because there was no picture on the web, and because I did not have the part number my first order was wrong. I don't know if company could help, but it is costing me almost double what I would have paid in a store, provided I could find a store that carried the brand I use. Nice friendly folks to deal with though.

If this vendor really wants to improve his online service, then he should take a critical look at improving ease of site navigation by online customers. He should continuously stive to make it easier and quicker for customer's to find what they are looking for. Feedback from concumers should take precedence over feedback from suppliers or internal corporate users. That said, I like doing business with this company and will continue to put up with their non-user friendly site architecture.(earlswitzer@comcast.net)

Overall good experience. I was unable, though, to replace an order for the wrong-sized cups (Bodum Pavina) mistakenly placed with the right ones. The incorrect items were identified after reviewing the order confirmation received via e-mail. I've contacted customer service but the order had already been packaged for shipment.
