Delay was announced by email and I was given the chance to cancel. The product arrived in good condition except for 1 tack board out of 7 that was slightly bent.

Order was delivered exactly as promised. Some of the boards finish is slightly damaged in the corners, I assume it is from packing them. Other than that, everything is satisfactory.

The whiteboards arrived in great shape. I have the students already using them in Chemistry. The students really enjoy answering questions using the whiteboards instead of going to the board and writing their answers on it. Using the little whiteboards I can have all the sutdents write down their answers in a non-threatening manner.

The directions for assembly were not detailed enough and therefore hard to follow. I had to put it together, take it apart, and put it together about 3 times before I had it right. Pictures would be helpful to know which side of each bar is to face inside or outside. Thank you.

I recently purchased a white board for personal use from WBAM. The selection was great, the Web site easy to shop, and my order was fulfilled promptly and accurately.

Much more important was the customer service -- anyone can sell you something but it's how they respond when something goes wrong that separates the really good companies from the rest. My white board arrived with a manufacturing defect. I contacted WBAM by email and received a prompt response apologizing for the issue and detailing how it would be resolved. Several days later UPS arrived, took the package for return (at no cost to me), and then a few days after that I received the replacement -- no questions, no hassles, just great customer service. And needless to say the replacement was exactly what I was hoping for when I made my purchase.

Based on this experience, I can strongly recommend WBAM.
