Product tracking!? Who had time to track; it arrived on my doorstep in a day or two!! Great service. I had received an email re: a 10% coupon which should have been included in my previous order. Either I threw it out or misplaced it, but they gladly gave me a new code to use the next time, which I did without any problem. I have ordered from WhatSheBuys on 3 or 4 occasions, with the same consistently excellent service. Gotta go and place my next order...everyone keeps having babies! :)

It showed that the product was in stock, I email two times to ask where it was, they said out of stock. I have ask them to stop the order and filed a claim with paypal and still have not heard anything from your company.

Due to the items I purchased being intimate apparel, I would have liked to been able to exchange for a different size. I understand once the tags are cut, too bad. However, until you wear the bras in everyday life, hard to tell how they respond just by trying them on first.
