What she buys has ALWAYS been awesome! My ugg cargo boots are amazing I love love love them. Im a 6 1/2 and I bought the boots in a 7 (rounded up) DON'T DO THAT! round down! I didn't want my feet to show through the knit and now I have to wear extremely thick socks and they still slip. on Uggs website they tell you that they run big and they do. But my boots are awesome and everyone wants them now they are 140.00 at dillards and less than 100. here!!! Plus no tax!

You have products, I cannot find in retail stores and also free shipping is really a plus and I save gas and time and can shop at any hour. Also, occassionally you do hace discounted coupons for products I use. I needed to return the item because it wasn't as roomy as I had hoped. Returns are difficult. I followed the online instructions and it didn't work. Then I called customer service an they emailed the appropriate form. I wish returns could take fewer steps. I have not received confirmation of a refund yet(one week).
