Order placed on June 30th, not received as of August 8th. Repeated attepmpts to contact the merchant via email were unsuccessful (mail was received but nobody answered). Also, there is no way to track the order (the link provided just points to a confirmation page).

When I first called, the employee knew some of what I was looking for. He recommended I call back and speak to another employee that was more knowledgable. I appeciate this type of service
