Moved into a new apartment and needed to furnish it. The local drug and computer stores had plates, utensils, chairs and tables but I needed to impress some chicks.
I asked my sister to furnish it and she decorated my apartment through West Elm. Got a squares daybed, 2 t-chairs, 2 drawer side tables, 2 upholstered cubes, geometric storage console, lamps, block wall shelves, tables linens, candles etc.
Friends were very impressed with stuff from West Elm, especially chicks. It all matched perfectly, thanks to my sister.
Delivery speed - excellent (2-3 days)
Special delivery (daybed) - excellent (week) and the guys put it together and got rid of the boxes
Order accuracy - excellent, everything she ordered showed up
Customer service - excellent, excellent, excellent!!!
Products - no "real" damage but for the geometric storage console, the instructions were wrong (3 different people mentioned the instructions were incorrect). Also found out that the top of the console didn't connect to the sides. Called customer service and within a minute, they informed me they just placed an order to ship the top. Really impressed. Can not get upset with the console. It only cost $330. I would have paid 2-3x that much. Very stylish and plasma tv fits perfectly on top and more importantly, a full tower computer can be hidden in either side. Wires can be hidden in back. Perfect HTPC setup!!!
Would do business again.
