This subsidiary of Williams-Sonoma SUCKS!! I have only ordered one item that was delivered on time and satisfactory. Every thing in the catalog looks much better on the page then it does in real life. I've ordered decorative items, shelves and furniture. The stackable nesting tables took me 3 hours - yes 3!!! - to remove from the box when it arrived. They were wrapped individually and stuck inside on another! I needed pliers to pull the paper off the tables! It was insane and exhausting! I waited two months to get wall art (3 square plaques). When one of the panels was damaged, they offered to resend another set at no additional charge. I received my new set another month later and they are completely different than the first! They are a lighter finish and no longer look hand carved! I am waiting for a room divider that I ordered six weeks ago and was just emailed a notice saying it wouldn't ship until July 1st! Who knows what will arrive but, it will be the last thing I order from this company! Don't order anything that will be too annoying on your part to send back because believe me - you will send this crap back!!
