Once a premiere company, Wayside Gardens have been bought out by Park Seed and ever since then, have "gone to seed".  Their product has become less than exemplary; their prices have always been high, but it was ok when one could order large, healthy, LIVING plants from them; their customer service is basically nonexistent; and when you receive dead plants, it's virtually impossible to get the issue resolved.  Their catalogues are beautiful and will now be a great reference resource for me, as I will never order from this company again.

I ordered 3 passiflora from WG and when they arrived, they were almost dead.  I planted them and 1 promptly gave up the ghost.  I contacted WG and got a replacement, but in the meantime the other 2 died.  When I tried to get a replacement for them, they were sold out.  I was given a credit, but requested a refund, as the plants were VERY expensive.  My request was ignored.  I waited a week and again made a request and received a very snotty reply from someone named Josh, which may or may not be a real person at WG.  He said I never asked for a refund and that my account would be credited in 3-5 business days.  Two weeks later and I still have not received my refund, and my emails are now ignored again.

Stay away from these people.  They are now using dishonest business practices and have many, many negative reviews at other sites.
