Ordered $1500 item in early May 2004. 10 days later, still had not received item. Called their customer service. Representative stated that the item was shipped on May 12th 2004 and scheduled for May 18th delivery to my door. May 18th came around and still no item. Called customer service on May 24th. The representative named Kerri stated that "your address does not exist." I asked her to read off the address she had. It matched our address exactly. I said that our address does exist since we have been here for over 5 years with no problems with deliveries. She stated "well, you must have given us the wrong address." By that time, I was mad. I stated "you just read off the address, and it is correct!" She stated "you shouldn't get upset." I said, "you have a $1500 item that you are not sure where it is, and you have the gall to say don't get upset?" I told Kerri that I did not want to do business with Water Warehouse, and that we would like to cancel the order. She stated, " I can't do that". I said "why not? You obviously do not have the right address, and the item is going to be returned to you!" At that point, she stated that "a note was left on your door by UPS." I said "what are you talking about? You just said that our address doesn't exist! There was NEVER any note left on my door, so get your story straight!" At that point, she HUNG UP ON ME. I NEVER at ANY time used any profanity. She obviously hung up on me when she got caught lying about the order. When I called back, my call was answered by another equally rude individual who said "we can't do anything about it." Her name was Angie, who is Kerri's supervisor. Angie stated that "we show the address being non-existent." I finally had to call my credit card company to deal with these crooks.

NEVER BEFORE have I been treated so rudely. I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE do business with this company. They are liars and will try to weasle out of any situation by trying to make it look like the customers fault.
