Very bad experience.

I ordered a item and it was broken. I returned the item then they send me it back. I wrote to them that I could not use the item and want them to change it or to cancel the order. They told me, they will return the money. the purchase was made on April 2008 a year passed since that, and I have not received the money back. I email them, but I have no answer. when I called to the phone provided, they said they already returned the money. It is not true. I lost $557.00 Think two times if you want to purchase anything from wares direct.

We placed a small order that was marked as In-Stock. Well, it was not in stock. Instead of giving us the option to cancel or backorder, they just placed it on backorder. We tried to contact them via Email with no luck. We then went back to the site and canceled the order there. We then had to call our Credit Card Co. to get a resolve. It took 4 weeks for them to credit our card. Communication with them is near to impossible. If you're feeling lucky... Give them a shot. If not, go somewhere else.

Office furniture purchase made easy.

I was tasked to furnish two new offices for two new employees as well are purchase some auxiliary furniture to complement two existing offices spaces with matching pieces including bookcases. I called and spoke with a sales lady who was helpful in scouring their website to find matching pieces as I did not know who made our current items (looks all the same to me). All communication was fairly prompt and after a little back and forth, we finally determined what items we needed and made the purchase at a great deal. We could have purchased from a local vendor and although some of the items were cheaper, the total PO was more because of sales tax. Overall, we are happy and have had a good experience. I would recommend that when you are buying more than just a couple of small products, that you call and speak with someone personally, seems to me that it would have been difficult working out nuances on my own without talking to one of the sales people. Your mileage may vary though.

My worst, of many, internet shopping experiences. They charged my PayPal account, including S&H calculated by them (of course), then immediately e-mailed there would be an additional packing charge of $10 on a case of plastic wine glasses. I responded within minutes to cancel the order and refund my money. I e-mailed 2 follow-ups and left voice mail confirming; it took filing with PayPal to finally get the refund... 2 weeks later.

I purchased a case of binders a few weeks ago and name badges most recently and both experiences were good. They had competitive prices for both items and with both orders, I got them the next day. I'm not sure how they do that. I will order from them again.

A complete waste of your time and money

We own a very busy business and the first order placed accuracy was incorrect. After corrected the delivery before leaving their warehouse took a long time. Customer service- Heather was her name, was rude, inconsiderate, unhelpful, and very, very unprofessional and immature! Spoke to me as if she was speaking to one of her friends. Returned products for credit disappeared and she basically told me it was my problem. Post Office confirmed delivery, and she didn't even try and check with warehouse. She only became very defensive and offered no input. We were trying some price comparisons for the items we order monthly and we will never order anything from them again and suggest you don't either. We require a great deal of supplies monthly and will bring our business elsewhere.
