They had great customer service. I found it was better to call than rely on internet replies. One item was incorrect and they arranged for pickup and shipped the correct item out promptly. It would have been nice if they used a faster shipping for the replacement item, other than that I will shop with them again.

My first order was cancelled due to credit card error and had to redo the whole order again. Took a while to get my money back in my account after the transaction was voided out. My son got the order finally after waiting about a week and a half or so and the grip tape that was sent to him was not the one that we ordered, but due to the other issues we had already gone through my son decided just to use what was sent to him instead of having to go through everything again. It was a headache, but my son loves the skate boarding equipment and accessories that are carried so we will probably order from them again in the future.

after making an order, not the merchant, not the credit card company, but someone else had to verify my credit card information and decided to decline it two times. i had to call repeatedely to get to the bottom of the problem and dealt with two people that never called me back.
