I ordered a table and chairs. On the date of delivery everything was intact. The boxes were in perfect shape and the furniture looked good. Of course after the delivery guy left I found damage to the table. I called w/in 45 minutes of delivery, sent photo's, was given the run around for a week and then told to have it repaired and send them the bill. When I scoffed and said I did not believe they would pay the bill, if the table could even be repaired they became rude. They went as so far as to tell me that I could not even send the table back as they don't take damaged returns. It was damage caused by them!!!! I tried to have a manager call me, that never happened. Buyer beware.

i needed to talk to a real person prior to making the purchase because i wanted detailed information (Unit cost $2600). Very polite customer service rep. I needed the entertainment center by the Thanks Giving day. Customer service stated i would get it right before the Thanks Giving day. My furniture arrived very fast!!! I got it several days before the promise date. The furniture quality is EXCELLENT!!! Price is unbeatable. This company had lowest price!!!!

I ordered the Greenwich Low Profile Contemporary TV Stand from Warehouse Direct on 10/05/2007, order officially placed on 10/October 8, 2007. The product shipped out from ModLoft Furniture in Miami and arrived at my house on 10/16/2007. Not bad....until I opened the box and the unit was quite damaged. I refused delivery and have been quite dissatisfied with both Modloft and Warehouse Direct ever since. I have had to place numerous phone calls trying to find out if a replacement was ever shipped only to find out via an "e-mail" from ModLoft on 11/01/2007 that the unit is no longer available for replacement and to contact my Dealer for options. I have since called Warehouse twice and they have no idea when another unit might be available and offered to refund my money. I don't want my money back, I want the unit. It's the best thing I could find to fit my TV set-up. I am very. very, very disappointed and dissatisfied as I have had to do ALL of the legwork to run this down. My recommendation...DO NOT BUY FROM EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!!!
