Unhappy, I am still hoping they resovle the issue

Warehouse direct delivered an armoire that was completely damaged internally. Of course we didn't find that out until the shipping company left and we opened up the package. I called them 10 minutes after delivery and emailed them pictures at their request. They promised to have someone out right away to fix it and even offered a discount for the fact that it wouldn't be a new armiore but a repaired one. I was happy my initial encounter went so well.
Unfortunately, things haven't gone so well since then. No one called me for over a week and no one showed up to fix it. When I called they told me I live too far away from any furniture repair companies when in fact I live 25 minutes from downtown Seattle! Then they said they found a person who would come out and he still hasn't showed up.
NO one bothers to call me with any status and at this point it looks like they really aren't interested in taking care of the problem. I have called them numerous times and I am greeted with a very cold and unwelcoming receptionist who tells me the person I need to speak with is out but she will leave a message. Then when he calls back we still don't get anywhere. It's been 3 weeks and I still have it sitting in my garage unusable and they charged my account over 3 weeks ago.
I just called them again and they told me they had expected the repair guy to have come already. Not only did they not bother to tell me this, no one has showed up. They now promise to to call me as soon as they get a hold of him and find out what happened. Stay tuned.
