Vitamin Shoppe

I always receive the products I order as promised. If there is a delay in one of my items I am kept informed and the item is shipped as soon as they can. Sometimes the products don't have as much information as I'd like listed for them, but this is my only complaint, and it will not keep me from shopping with them.

Only problem I had did not receive $15 coupon after entering system. VS said they would credit my card. Will wait and see! Other wise results were good.

On-line discount coupons are great. Prices are great. Would be nice if large/heavy orders could be shipped in smaller boxes. Had to have someone help me carry the boxes from the post office to my car.

It's easy to shop the Vitamin Shoppe webpage, I only wish they had more product info on all their products. I had to speak to the manufacturer of the product to find out the products contents.

I have always had a positive experience shopping at Vitamin shoppe online. It is easy to type in the look-up section and find what I want. ALso, they send me email reminders for reorder when I am running low. I can also go back to the quick reorder section and with a few clicks, I can reorder.

was always postive until last order. still trying to track it down. got part of order and did not get the second part. was told there was a problem with address. i would like to purchase this product. cannot wait anymore for it to arrive. hope it is not on my charge card. will dispute the charges and will not order on line from vitamin shoppe again

Usually everything I get shipped from the Vitamin Shoppe is pristine. The last order I received was way below their usually exacting standards. Because of the poor packing - a fruit concerntrate(which was the wrong product) was damaged and leaked in the box and the vitamin product ordered had a damaged label and looked like it had been on the shelf for a long time. I've always like shopping with them and will give them another chance.
