I purchased a refurbished massage chair March 9th total price $775 with delivery within 7-10days. Ten days later,  I have yet to receive the shipment and I have no real information about the status.  When I contacted customer service on March 13th regarding the status of delivery, they gave me a tracking number for the freight company.  I checked online and the status read that my shipment was enroute from California to Virginia with delivery expected on Saturday March 14th.  After no delivery on March 16th, I called the freight company.  I was told the shipment was in New Jersey, and should be delivered that afternoon. My calls March 18th resulted in three different stories about delivery.  The tracking online states the shipment has been delivered March 17th. Thinking the company would assist me with this problem, I then contacted Vitality Webb customer service at their email address and they have not even responded.  Their website reports customers receiving their shipment sooner rather than later, which were probably contrived based on my experience.  I am very disappointed and concerned with their lack of follow through after the sale. I took a chance using this company and now am very worried about the quality of the goods I will even receive.  Customer service is a direct reflection of the company's motivation and reputation.   Apparently they take your money and run!
