This place has actually good tasting diet food! I love muffins, but couldn't eat them anymore because I was trying to cut calories. When I found these, I was so excited that I could actually get muffins that I could eat on my diet and also tasted great! Heck, they taste almost as good as the ones from the Grocery store that have a huge amount of butter and sugar in them! These muffins are only 100 calories for a muffin around the size of the ones you make at home with a muffin mix. The big muffins are twice as big and are around the size, or bigger, than the ones I used to buy at the Grocery store's bakery. Plus, they are only 200 calories! Also, they freeze well, and microwave well. They actually taste like the day they were delivered, even when microwaved. I've shopped here for at least six months now, and I've never had a problem with any details of my order. I've never gotten the wrong items or gotten any that I couldn't eat. The shipping rules are complicated, but need to be in order to insure fresh food on delivery. I've never had a problem with delivery, they always show up when I expect them too, or even earlier. The closer you life to their bakery on the Northeastern coast, the faster you will get your food. However, even though I live in the Southwest, I've never had to wait more than 6 days to get my muffins. When they come, they have always been fresh they day they showed up. If you need diet food, or just healthy snacks for the kids/family, I would highly recommend this store. It's helped me stay on my lower calorie meal plan more than I even imagined. Plus, I've even bought the cakes for special events and everyone loved it! Even my diabetic father found have cake for once. I've just never had a bad experience with this place even with ordering food from here for over six months.
