I would only shop here again if their prices on the products that I purchased remaim low. It took them 1 week to ship my order and another week for it to be delivered. Other shipping options are way over priced. Packaging was also sub-par but luckily merchandise wasn't damaged. In the internet age 1 week to ship an order is waaay tooooo loooong!!!!! Also no tracking number provided.

you have to mentioned to customer you don;t have stock in house. And have to wait for few days. If you don;t have stocks in house, You need to let custoemrs know it and give them right to choice if they want to wait.

They did not state the (overseas) shipping and handling charges and I was told that that was like $59 for just six packs of cartilage pills which rated at $26,59 or so each. I received an e-mail a day later where they told me the shipping charges and I had to reply with my approval (verification) so they could proceed with processing the order. That's all. But I had preferred to know ALL charges (i.e. the amount my credit card would be charges with) at the moment of placing my order. Bye.
