I was very unhappy with their customer service.  My order was received, processed, and I was given a delivery date and FedEx shipping number.  The delivery date came and went - no order.  When I called, I was told that there was a problem with the order (a recall), and a new shipment had been sent that day.  No one bothered notifying me, nor have I received updated shipping information.

I am enormously impressed with VitaDigest. I ordered two bottles of product on Wednesday at almost one-third off the price I paid locally at Vitamin Shoppe and received my order on Saturday. I will definately continue to purchase supplements from this company in the future.

Still waiting for the shipment to be picked up. The shipping label was printed on Monday, but FedEx shows the package has never been picked up. Today was Friday. I check the status daily, but still not change, the package has not been picked up.

Two emails asking for status, and not one reply. It is now 5 days past when the shipment was suppose to be shipped and no answer as to why it is still sitting. This is very disheartening.

Very frustrating. I was optimistic at first, but am now doubtful I will ever get my order, and if it ever does arrive, it has certainly not come in a timely manner. If only they would return my emails. I guess I will wait a little more, then contact my credt card company to dispute the charges. What a pain! Ordering seemed so easy.

POOR customer service - they USED to have their act together. Order never shipped - had to make more than one call to find out it was backordered, no apology. A week later, round 2, more of the same - never again. You lost a customer.

These guys are a bunch of liars! I ordered items on 8/17/08 i got an email on 8/18 that my order was shipped for delivery on 8/20.I didnt receive my order on this date so i called and was told that it shipped on 8/19.I called on 8/21 to ask why fed ex had no record of my package and i was told that it would ship on 8/21. 3 calls and 3 LIES.AVOID THEM.....

So far i have been very disappointed with my experience at Vitadigest. i did not receive my entire order, nor did i receive explanation as to why - only an email that showed they shipped only part of my order and a statement that this COMPLETES MY ORDER. my repeated attempts to contact customer service by telephone during normal business hours went directly into the general mailbox.

What is wrong with your delivery department? I watched the tracking on this package. It was scheduled to be delivered on June 20, 2008, it never left California until the 23rd or later. Here it is July 1, 2008 and still no package. I see where it's been at our local Fed-ex hub since June 27. I finally called them (Fed-ex), the package only had the street and town for a delivery address no house number. They (Fed-ex) claim that it will be delivered today. I am very disappointed.

I WAS TOLD THE ORDER SHIPPED AND 4 DAYS LATER FOUND IT ONE OF THE ITEMS WAS BACKORDERED AND IT NEVER SHIPPED.

I WAS THEN TOLD IT WOULD SHIP THAT DAY AND NEXT DAY IT WASN'T SHIPPED YET.

I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH VITADIGEST AGAIN.

Shipping process didn't start until a week after I ordered. I had to send them a email after they didn't answer their phone and only THEN did the package get scanned by FedEx. Talked to CS and they don't know why the package NEVER left their warehouse. No credit and had to wait TWO WEEKS for product. HORRIBLE SERVICE AVOID!

my order was cancelled but a week before i got this cancelation i received a notice of this order being shipped shipped.
So why did it take a week to tell me that my order was canceled when i got a notice of shipment and a tracking number for this item. I really dont think i will ever do business with you again and i will make sure i pass it on to anyone who will listen. i did get a notice of refund being credited back to my account . gee i wonder how long that will take. you really need to inform or update your items on your web site when i ordered this it said it was in stock

clear web-site; adequate information on products; had to become acquainted to ordering system, you can pay for each item, but then your order is not added to your shopping basket; difficult to find out that you find the "add to basket" button on the top of the web-site page?!
Shipping costs overseas are exhorbitant! I pay nearly as much for the merchandise, as for the shipment to Europe!
