Poor service-lack of communication-did not receive order.

We made a very large order. It went through and we waited and waited for the order to arrive. After a month waiting we then contacted Vitadigest. They informed us that they had cancelled are order because they do not ship free to military addresses (ours was an APO address which although is a military address should be considered a US address).
So if they do not ship free why did they allow the order to be placed and go through? (We were even assigned an order number.) Poor service and we will use another company that wanst our business - and we are talking about large orders. Thank you for listening. |

Absolutely the WORST online retailer! I Will never shop here again! I placed my order on April 14, 2009. All items show instock at the time I placed the order. I received shipment notification on April 15, 2009 with a FedEx tracking number. I checked the tracking information for a couple of days and received "Billing information received by Fedex. Check back later." I contacted VitaDigest on April 17, 2009 to find out why the order had not shipped and received a one line email reply -"Your Order Will Ship Today". On April 19, 2009 I again checked the status of the order and now see that the order has been cancelled. VitaDigest didn't notify me of the cancellation or why. I will never shop at VitaDigest again and I would never recommend this store to anyone. Prices are good but you will be lucky to get your order. Order at your own risk.

Everything has been great. The product I ordered arrived before I expected it. The communication via email had all the information I needed. The service was so good that I used your store to order another product. The only thing I would like to see is a way to "register" with Vitadigest so that when ordering I wouldn't have to re-enter all of my billing and delivery information again.

I placed my order on Sunday, and then reallized that I accidentally ordered one of the items twice. I immediately sent an e-mail requesting that the item would be deleted, and the next day I get a reply that the order was already shipped with no appology or anything. The message just said: "order went out already". Not what I would call good customer service.

If you give them constructive criticism they refuse to sell to you by canceling your shipment in mid transit & re-routing back to them without any concerns for your needs as a paying customer! As you can see, my order was place in January. It is now the 13th of March...and I have just now received any sort of commnuication from this company. I have attempted SEVERAL times by phone and e-mail to get information about my order. None of my attempts have been returned. I had the sinking feeling to call today because the status said that my item was cancelled. When I spoke to a woman...she was EXTREMELY rude and snotty. I am asking her to explain to me what happended and she had the nerveto get an attitude. When I asked for a manager, she was rude about that as well. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE JUST A HEADACHE, AND KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I have used Vitadigest multiple times. i would say they have gotten better , constantly improving . There is a slight lag to "process" , then they are flawless. They process fast , take the payment , send you confirmations and tracking procedures .......... let you know even when the package arrives at your post office. The box is packed good with peanut things ............. I would say this . They send what you ordered , and are very available if there is a problem . No complaints at all.The delivery speed once they click is very good. Also they get the order accuracy correct so you dont have to return etc ............... so my overall saisfaction has been fine . They do exactly what they said .............. I give them my e-mail , and have never had a real peoblem .......................

I'm not satisfied at all, not in the least bit. I'd love to know why it takes three weeks to fill an order. If I had known it was going to take this long I would have shopped elsewhere. I have never had an online order take so long. I was beginning to wonder if it was coming at all and was going to email you to find out where it could possibly be if it wasn't here by Monday.
I will not be shopping with you again. Saving a couple of dollars is not worth the time and hassle. Thank you, but no thanks. |

I placed in order in time for a valentine's day gift because I was short on time & it showed the item in stock and will ship one day later. I received notification my order had shipped and my card was charged. I continued to receive 2 additional emails to leave positive feedback for my shopping experience. I decided to check tracking on my package a few days later to find my order was cancelled with no notice to me. I emailed them for status & they said sorry its out of stock. They refunded my card today.
1. If I never emailed them, when would I have received my refund? 2. I went to their website after their pitful response & they still show this item IN STOCK! Will never order from them again. |

Placed order and received an email saying it's complete AND giving me a FedEx shipping number. Waited a week and it never showed. Checked the site and said the order was cancelled. I called customer support and they were less than knowledgeable. Sounded like a guy running it from his bedroom. Gave some excuse that the manufacturer was out of stock. I asked why I wasn't notified and after putting me on hold came back and said they show that I was. I NEVER was notified by email nor phone. (And I checked my spam folder and no email.) Stick to reputable sites. I tried this because it was cheaper.

Shopping is easy. You'd think everything is ok. But there is no delivery or calls answered. There are no call backs aftere leaving a msg. No email answered. Guess they've folded...
013009 Somebody answered. Maybe they don't give priority to the toll free line. Rep. said they will cancel my order, as I've already moved on. Waiting on CC refund. 020509 The package has shown up. I placed an order on 1/26 and realized one of the products was the wrong one after the order was placed. I then called the company at 8:30 am pst the next day, (the time they are supposed to be open), 5 minutes later I could not get anyone to answer. I called back at 8:37 and still could not get anyone in the company to answer the phone. Will not do business with again.

This company has not responded to my e-mails. I ordered a gift certificate on Jan 15th, 2009 and it stated delivery within 24 hours, it has been over a week and no contact. I am not sure if this company is in business anymore, but I do know they have stolen my money with no refund and ruined a birthday party, forcing a lot of emberessment. The only thing I would recommend is to stay away from VitaDigest. My order was 419093.

Order placed & confirmed was incomplete upon arrival. After contacting customer service I was told one item was out of stock, even though Vitadigest's confirmation email stated all items had shipped. I had ordered additional items to save on S&H, but not being told an item was out of stock didn't allow for a substitution to be made when order was placed. I will not order from Vitadigest again.

I needed Episilk lip balm and pulled up your company, which listed the lowest price. If I had got it somewhere else, it would have costed a couple of dollars more for each. I ordered ten and received a discount on shipping on handling. I order a lot of supplements online and plan on returning to your company for price comparison on the things I use daily. Your service was prompted answered and shipped, and I appreciate your service.

Vitadigest has become very unreliable. I have ordered before, and this was a very disappointing experience. Things said to be in stock were not, yet even after being told it was not in stock, it was still listed on their site. And, the confirmation order said things were shipped, and when it got to me, the items I thought were shipped were not.
Unfortunately, the only way I knew they were out of stock was the shipping confirmation, which was emailed to me, did not include my selected items, which was for an anniversary gift. I had to email vitadigest to see if it was an error, or actually out of stock. They did respond quickly, fortunately, that is was out of stock and my account had been credited. And, it took a long time, over 3 weeks, to get the items to me after ordered. I am very disappointed, and not sure if I will order again. I would have hoped that their customer service would have notified me a little more proactively if they were going to either be out of stock or change the items that were being shipped. |

Worst customer service representative that I've ever worked with. They sent me an email telling me that my item would arrive on 12/19. On 12/19 my item did not arrive and I called Fed Ex to find out where it was. They told me that a shipping label had been created but they hadn't received the package yet. I called customer service and she told me went out tonight and I should receive it the day after Christmas. I asked to speak to her manager and she told me that she didn't have one there. She told me that the website states that all pet products take 4-5 days to ship which is untrue since the website states on the product page that it was in stock and shipped in 1-2 days. I asked if she could call someone and she told me I could stay on hold until they closed and I could call back on Monday but no one would do anything to help me.

I am pleased with the pricing, but the shipping needs major improvement.They take a week to ship out the products.They send an email saying they shipped the items with a tracking number and a delivery date.when the items never show on the delivery date i call them and they say oh sometimes that happens. I have even called the last two times ordering to make sure it goes out the next day.They say it will go out that day.well it never does untill a week later.i used to order from prosource but i save about ten dollars a order by using vitadigest.prosource has super fast shipping .Its almost worth switching back to prosource because when your on certain diets i have to have my stuff.I run out of stuff using vitadigest and it hurts my diet.they would be the best supplement source on the web if they would improve the shipping.

I called back nov 25th they said same thing. I again called dec 1st, They said same. I cancelled order hope they refund my card. Save yourself the nightmare and dont deal with this company.

Ordered the Robo Ring that advertised you could alter the vib speed with a wireless remote..A total piece of junk. It is very very bulky, uncomfortable and you CANNOT alter the speed at all. Matter of fact you can only turn it on and off,,,Period !!... The order was easy to place and the communication was great, delivery was fast but, The ROBO RING is JUNK.. I wish I could return it for a full refund, but the nature of the product means that will probably not happen even though I have no used it on my person...Just put the batt in to check if it worked... I have never been mor disappointed in an item than I am with the ROBORING. I probably won't shop at Vitadigest again. I assumed they would be familiar with this item but apparently they are just a ghost seller and don't care if they products do what they say they will do...Never again..
Vitadigest needs to screen it's products better and have them do what they say they will do...A total waste of money. The cheapest cock ring vib is better than this RoboRing by far..Save you money.. |
