My order was processwed without paying attention to the comment space, where I protested the lack of information on the web about ingredients and explained what to do if the ingredient I was seeking was not in this product.

 I would not shop here again

I received my order but I ordered four packets for HER and received two packets for HIM. I would like for you to correct my order as I can not use this product.

This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I used a Simon Gift card to order over $100 worth of supplements. Vitadigest submitted the charge 4 (?!) times. Of course, the first one went through, but the next 3 were declined since the gift card was spent down after the first charge. After numerous emails to Vitadigest customer service I was told my credit card (gift card) had been declined. Vitadigest refused to acknowledge the original charge. I called Vitadigest and was given the run around. The customer service staff was rude to me and basically said they didn't care about my business. Now, I am out over $100 on my gift card, with nothing to show for it. I usually don't post opinions, but I am hoping this post will keep someone else from going through what I did.

I placed an order on 05/05/05. Today, 05/10/05 I have my order, using only the ground shipping - not express. As for the product, time will tell if it performs as promised, but as for the overall speed of service from Vita Digest, they get a 10! I will definitely order from them again if the product I purchased performs as promised.

I received two out of three products ordered. Only after I called in did I find out why I didn't receive the third item. The item was creditted the same day I ordered it, but no one called or emailed me that information. I ordered 84capsule bottle of Zantrex3 and surprisingly received a bottle of 60capsules. They did credit me accordingly for the amount of pills I didn't receive. In addition, I sent an email regarding the price for the Ab-Solution I purchased. I saw the same EXACT product (name, amount, manufacturer, and size) with a competitor and it was approx 44% cheaper. The website was www.a1products.com and STILL have not received a response. The was the first time I purchased from Vitadigest and the LAST TIME I will purchase from them. I will continue to purchase my products from www.a1products.com, in fact, I have already placed an order with them which includes additional quantities of the same products I ordered initially with VitaDigest.

The online ordering was easy, received an email confimring the order, but no email when the order was shipped. This would have been helpful as it took slightly over a week to receive the product. All in all not a bad experience, but they could improve a bit.

I was experiencing Internet problems yesterday so I was forced to contact VitaDigest's customer service to place my order. Tiffany, the customer service representative, was extremely helpful -- she made my purchasing experience most enjoyable. She displayed a real knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer my questions intelligently, which enabled me to choose the right supplements.

Although I've placed orders with VitaDigest several times this was the second time I had to do so through customer service. Tiffany is a delight and, in my opinion, she should be rewarded for personable yet professional manner.

Delivery speed is SUPER SLOW. I placed an order of 4 small bottles of Germanium 132 on February 28, 2005 and it still has not arrived. Aside from that, it was a great experience!!!!!

Beware of this merchant. I was sent the wrong item. I sent an email asking them to overnight the correct merchandise as I needed it right away. Several days after sending the email and no response, I called and only reached a voice mail. There was never a response. I sent several emails becoming more and more threatening. Finally, after a total of 13 days, I received a response to my first email. They refused to send the correction overnight, but claimed that they would send it out that day via 'express.' Two days later, they sent a message saying the product was out of stock. They claim they are sending a return label and will give me credit when they receive the incorrect merchandise.

I was lied to 4 days in a row, they told me that my product had shipped when in fact it had not. Every time I called I got a different lie from their poor customer service which was a lie. Its been over a week and I still don't have my product, but they did take my money right away. I wanted to purchase more products but will not and will never shop at vitadigest.com again.
I will spend more money somewhere else and pay more for shipping in exchange for honesty and good service.

The worst delivery times I have ever experienced while shopping on the internet. I placed several orders from different companies on January 13th and have received all of them within 1 week except for the VitaDigest order.

I received a non working tracking number and they charged my credit card on the 14th, the package was supposedly shipped and was to be delivered on the 25th, which is really slow, now the tracking number from Fedex is stating shipping to be on the 28th.

If you need your purchase in a timely manner, do not order from these people

The shipping for this company was horrible, i ordered my product on January 17, 2005. I paid extra for the 2 Day Air delivery, and did not receive my items. They were supposed to be to my house according to the online tracking 7 days later, not 2. This company would not respond to me when i wrote an email. I am very dissatisfied with this company

I placed an order on 11/6, my card was charged on 11/8 but the items never arrived. Customer service was horrible, they never replied until I contacted my credit card company to stop that transaction in late November. They said the items will be available in another week but I doubt it. Unsatisfactory.

I placed an order for Prilosec OTC from this company which was listed as "NOW SHIPPING" and paid for next day air service. Several days later I received an email telling me that the item was on backorder from the company and did I want to wait for the item or cancel my order. I cancelled the order and bought the product locally. A week later I noticed that I had not been credited for the item charged to my credit card. I wrote the company an email asking that they please credit me for the cancelled order. A day later I received and email from Vitadigest saying, "Thank you for your order, it has been shipped, here is the tracking number...." I then checked the tracking number, and it did not exist. I am not going to waste my time dealing with these people, and have reported them to the Fraud Dept of my credit card company.

8 days after placing my order, I received nothing in mail and the order status remained "on hold". When I called them, the customer rep did not care about my complain: 1) they should advise if the merchandise is in stock or out of stock before/when I placed my order; 2) they did not advise the order is going to be delayed until 5 days after I placed the order, if as they said they sent out an email which I never received; 3) I placed order for 3 items, if one or two items are out of stock they should send partial orders at their cost. The rep said it's not their problem instead it is the manufacturer delayed the order and asked ME to call the manufacturer directly! AND it is the corp policy not to send out partial orders. And it is expected to receive the merchandise from manufacturer next Monday but not guaranteed. And he is going to cancel my order WITHOUT my request! And he is the manager and no one else there can listen to me! He is so rude and ignorant!
