I ordered, then 5 days later, when the product SHOULD have been at my door, I receive a call saying they are out of my product and the order was wrong. It was on back order. Needless to say, this sets me back quite a bit, but live and learn. After I read the reviews of this store, i can see that they are bad news quite often. I received nothing but excellent service from this company. My order was promptly shipped out the following business day. The ordering was great and easy. Delivery speed is horrible, I'm still waiting for my delivery. My order was due here on the 10th of Feb. it is now the 13th! I can't comment on the accuracy of my order since I don't have it.

Vitadigest is a great company but their choice of shipping service, UPS is a major disappointment to put it mildly.

They sent exactly what I ordered. Everything on the website was thoroughly described. Excellent prices abound. Website was very intuitive. Awesome selection. All was great except for 1 small caveat: shipping; I thought UPS was to blame, as they had disappointed me in the past, but upon closer inspection, it took a WEEK for the warehouse to get my already paid for merchandise to a shipping-ready state. It took LESS time for my products to get from CA to TN after it was in UPS hands.

I'll still probably buy from them again, simply for their vast selection and prices, i'll just order what i need 2 weeks before i need it.

I ordered two --So called Titanium shavers---( paid $29) this product not only didn't work as claimed but also It created a rash on my face.... So I requested an RMA # to return the product ..after so much back and forth they gave me a # They said they can only refund $6 or $7

I packaged the product ( one completly an opend the second day I got it and returned to them.... waited for a refund no word... then I contacted them and they said they can only me credit for only one and they have to charge me re-stocking fee... What a rip off.... Some one described this company as "wisles"...Stay away.... I am going to spend lots of money to expose their poor practices... I don't know how the federal government can not control such fraud... I plan to contact my DA in my state... But you are warned stay away from "Vitadigest" and the so called "Titanium turbo shaver" cheap product but they can n't even back it----STAY AWAY....

I enjoyed shopping at Vitadigest because it was an easy and painless website. The products I was interested in, I was able to find near immediate. I browsed other items that were easy to determine if the product was for me due to the in depth descriptions. I loved it.
