Customer service cost me money for nothing in return.

My name is Ray Cummings and I used Vitadigest for the first and last time. I usually use Best Price Nutrition, but you were cheaper, before all the mix ups, on shipping. I ordered your product, a new one for me to use, and it looked bad when I opened it. It looked old even though the date was ok. I know that doesn't reflect Vitadigest but the manufactures of that product. 3 days after using it, I had to go to the emergency room. Again, not your problem. My wife called and talked to someone at Vitadigest who said she would exchange it. My wife told her that she wanted a refund and the lady said that would be fine and would send out a prepaid return postage to return the unused portion. We waited for about a week, and the prepaid postage came with yet another container of the same that we had previously ordered. My wife again called and the lady on the phone said that was fine, the prepaid amount would cover both containers so send them back. The US mail returned it, said it was not enough to cover both. So I had to pay $11.95 to return a product that cost $40 that was bad plus another one that your company incorrectly sent. So I paid $11.95 for no product.
