I purchased items from Vita Digest on Jan. 13.  I did not rec've a tracking # which the site said I should rec've) so I called on the 16th.  I spoke with a representative & they gave me a tracking # & said my items had been shipped & should be there on the 19th. This representive was not very helpful nor professional; I was actually scared that this was not a legit website after speaking with the rep (Please note the website is legit & I did finally rec've my items).  The tracking # did not work & no package had arrived by the 20th so I called back.  This time the representative was friendly & professional, but stated the package had not been shipped b/c 2 of my purchased products were out of stock.  I told her according to the site all my ordered items were in stock when I ordered; however, they were not.  She stated they would be shipped out on the 22nd.  I never rec'ved a tracking # for my items via email as the website stated.  My items did arrive on the 27th (2 weeks after I ordered).  I considered this a long time per the stated shipping time on the site.  When I rec'ved my order, all my ordered items were not in there.  I am only guessing that one of the products I ordered was still not in stock (not sure of this). My total bill for all the products I ordered was ~ $125 so I used a $3 coupon code & shipping should have been free since my  order was over $100.  Since they did not send one of my ordered products (which was ~ $25) my order was still over $100 {~$101} so my shipping would have been free EXCEPT they con'ted to apply the $3 coupon code making my order ~$98 & they charged me for shipping.  If I would have know they were not going to send all my ordered items, I would not have entered the coupon code & my shipping would be free (worth more than the $3 coupon code). I was never contacted giving me the option of not using the code nor was I informed all my items would not be shipped.  Bottom line they still applied my coupon code, didn't send a product I ordered & my order was ~ $101 prior to coupon. I was charged more for my order by using the coupon code b/c they charged me shipping (which was more than the coupon code).

-$3 coupon code which they con't to apply {bring order down to ~$98 now they charge shipping} I was expecting so much more from this company b/c I'd read so many good reviews!  Maybe my bad experience with this company was one in 1,000 (I can't testify to the percentage this happens to), but I think you should be aware of my experience when placing an order with this company.  I was disappointed in one of their customer service representatives, slow shipping time, & the way I was charged more for using a coupon code due to them not sending products.  If you are not expecting to rec've your items quickly, you don't mind NOT getting all your order, know if you use a coupon code you might be charged more for your purchase & know that you might be charged shipping charges eventhough your order is over $100, the company if fine.
