Shopping online was easy. They ship the same day, which not everyone does. Their location on the West Coast is good for me, being in Utah, because shipping time is less than that for the many such companies on the East Coast. The shipment arrived in 3 working days after it was ordered, well-packed, and the order was accurate. The free shipping level of purchases is $100, more than I like, but their prices are competitive, and they have sufficient products in reputable brands I use that I can make up an order of that size if I plan ahead. I'm looking for some companies that I can order from on a continuing basis and trust.  I reject companies immediately that are slow to ship or have a lot of backorders. Their website is free of obnoxious excess promotions. They have been in business longer than most, which is a good recommendation. Herbs and supplements are a large item in my budget, so ordering online with its lower prices is a big help. Another problem with buying locally is you can't always trust them to watch their pull dates, and with an online company with a larger volumes, their products won't be shopworn or old. This is my first time to order from Vitadigest, and I'm favorably impressed.
