I AM VERY UPSET OVERALL!! I placed my order on 8/19, and received confirmation via Email from Vitadigest that my order shipped on 8/20 from California. According to USPS tracking, my package delivered on 8/22 1:56 PM to my destination in Atlanta, GA. I was here at my office until 5 PM on 8/22, and the mail carrier only brought in 2 envelopes at 3:13 PM. There was no package delivered although USPS claims via tracking it did. I contacted Vitadigest to confirm my address was correct in their system to ensure my package was not shipped to a wrong destination. Vitadigest confirmed they had the correct address in Atlanta, GA and then advised me to contact USPS on the matter to confirm USPS did indeed ship my package to the correct destination. USPS claims they shipped it, but I can assure you no one came to our office at 1:56 PM on 8/22. Our mail usually does not run to our office until 3 - 3:30 PM daily. At this point Vitadigest stated a claim will be filed which will take up to 10 business days! I know this is not a direct reflection of bad customer service from Vitadigest, however, I wish this had shipped FedEx instead! I feel my package was either delivered to the wrong location by USPS, and as a result stolen or kept by whomever received the package! It has been 5 days since I should have received my package, and I have paid over $80 for product that I have not received!! This is the first time I ordered my supplements from Vitadigest as I have ordered from a different supplier in the past. I was interested in ordering from Vitadigest due to the great prices they offer on thier supplements. However, I was not anticipating not receiving my supplements due to the poor shipping service! I was hoping I found a new supplier to order my supplements, but based on this experience, I am weary on ordering again.
