In June 18, 2008 after successfully placing an order online with VitaDigest, I received the confirmation from VitaDigest for my full order. However, without any prior notice, when the package arrived, 3 bottle of Glucosamine MSM Herbal were missing.
I have been the frequent customer of VitaDigest and this is the first time I experienced this unsatisfied delivery from VitaDigest.
I wrote to report this incident to VitaDigest on July 15, 2008 and the response from Sale at VitaDigest was unprofessional and irresponsive. It said:
"unfortunately, the reason that they were missing was because we were out of stock and did not know when our next shipment would be coming in"
If the Glucosamin was out of stock, why did the Confirmation sent to me firmly indicated that the Glucosamin was already shipped with a track number. And my credit card was charged the full amount.
I really request the Management of VitaDigest look seriously into this case. In today's competitive business, this is unacceptable and VitaDigest will easily loose its profile and customers despite all its effort and cost for advertising about its "efficient and reliable on-line services". Purchasing on-line requires an absolute professional, reliable and responsiveness services. If VitaDigest can't be reliable to what they said they are, how can customers be risky of purchasing online with them
with their credit card?
Overall, the delivery speed was ok but the order accuracy and customer service are poor. As results, the overall satisfaction is negative.
