I would not recommend nor shop with this site ever again. I did a bulk ordering for a few members of my gym and personal training group, so I was able to get free shipping and felt like I was getting a decent deal. The price was extremely close to that of 3 other sites, but I had a promotional code for 10% off, so I chose to use this site. I entered a coupon code for 10% off, which the site accepted, and my order amount was reduced by about $14. After submitting my order, the 10% was tacked back onto the price of my order. I immediately contacted their customer service. They responded a day later and told me my credit card had already been charged and that they could not fix the problem. I contacted them again and told them that they needed to credit my card with the 10% difference as the site had accepted the code and that it was completely unfair to take the code off after a person hits the SUBMIT button. It has been a week and they have not even bothered to respond. In my opinion, they are dishonest. Their prices are the same as others, even when you consider the free shipping, I only chose this site because I had the promotional code. I will not order from them again and I have had it posted at my gym to not order through this site. We will spread the word.
